Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service team. I've bought on line but never made the trip down to the Flatiron District to visit the store. Made me laugh that the security camera at street level is placed too high for the typical PMNYC clientele. The guys figured out the proper sizing for me right away, in a way that's not immediately obvious when you buy online. The clothing is very high quality and exactly my style. Over time, I plan on replacing my entire wardrobe with PMNYC stuff (really!).

My husband and I visited the fit shop on October 1st and met with Brody. We were already frequent shoppers but this experience has really reinforced why we love Peter Manning: Great service, well-made clothes that fit (!) and a wonderful selection of choices. We have made a few online purchases in the past 3 weeks since our in-person shopping and will continue to shop each time a new product hits the site. Hoping to see tuxedos back in the mix soon? I've bought a few things from them. Everything has always fit great and the quality is very good. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because they have a big problem keeping things in stock for their online shopping. I visit the website frequently and every time I search for anything whether it be pants, jackets, or overcoats they don't have my size in stock. Frustrating.

I learned about Peter Manning New York quite awhile ago from an article in The New York Times about finding clothes for short men. On a recent visit to New York I stopped in the Broadway shop and Jeremy, the manager, kindly helped me with trying on and purchasing a Tech Rain Jacket. I bought a "small" jacket at another place a few years ago, but the sleeves were always too long. The sleeves on the Tech Rain Jacket were just right. In the past, I have also bought slacks from the Peter Manning online site. Being a "height-challenged" man, I have been very pleased to be able to buy slacks that do not have to be altered!

I have purchased multiple pairs of jeans from Peter Manning and typically they are pretty good. I recently noticed some weird staining coming from the leather patch on the back. I sent a picture and asked for a replacement pair. I was surprised when all they offered me was 15% off a new pair. The coyly implied that I was washing them incorrectly. I explained that I wash all my jeans the same and this is the only pair that has done this. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again. terrible customer services and retention. Don't buy from them. There are many retailers that have better service. The quality has gone down hill.
